FAQ

handmade nature of the jewelry

All items are handmade using handmade materials. Discrepancies in size, shape, and colour are part of the charm of these vintage pieces and are not defects. The jewelry itself is handmade and at times will not be perfect or identical; this is not a defect but part of the handmade process.

Due to the artisanal nature of my work, I do not reimburse pieces, but in case of a flaw, I offer free repair within 2 weeks of reception.

shipping & delivery

You have the option between standard shipping and shipping with tracking. We recommend the latter and do not hold ourselves responsible in case of a loss of package. If you live in Montreal, you have the option to come pick up your jewelry at my studio in Cote des neiges. If you choose this option, you will be contacted when the order is ready and we will book an appointment for pick up.

For international orders, please note that import duties might be charged to you at reception of the package. For more information, check the federal tax rate of your country.

how to care for your necklaces

Remove prior to bathing, and exercise. Keep away from water, perfumes, and lotions, which can cause items to tarnish and glass, gemstones and pearls to lose their lustre. Wipe and polish with a jeweller's cloth and store in a safe location.

Glass and gemstone beads can be delicate. Some glass beads are up to 80 years old. Like any glass, they can chip or break if dropped. Please handle with care.
