Shipping & Delivery

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not reimburse pieces, but in case of a flaw, or if your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer free repair within 2 weeks of reception.

You have the option between standard shipping and shipping with tracking. We recommend the latter and do not hold ourselves responsible in case of a loss of package. If you live in Montreal, you have the option to come pick up your jewelry at my studio in Cote des neiges. If you choose this option, you will be contacted when the order is ready and we will book an appointment for pick up.

For international orders, please note that import duties might be charged to you at reception of the package. For more information, check the federal tax rate of your country.
